Booking Policy

This page explains how Lokka workshop bookings, payments, refunds, cancellations, attendance and bootcamp participation work for the Job Readiness Bootcamp and Job Sprint Plus offer.

Bookings and Payment

Applicants can book the Job Readiness Bootcamp or purchase Job Sprint Plus through Lokka's secure checkout flow.

Bootcamp purchase price: £249 for the in-person Job Readiness Bootcamp, including Job Sprint Plus support.
Standalone Job Sprint Plus purchase price: £89 for one individual applicant and one 30-day applicant campaign.
Payments are processed through Stripe's hosted checkout page. Card details are handled by Stripe, not stored on the Lokka website.

Attendance

Lokka's bootcamp is designed as a practical, in-person employability programme.

Participants should attend on time and bring any requested documents, including CVs, right-to-work evidence or job-search information.
Participants should tell Lokka as soon as possible if they cannot attend a booked session.
Lokka may rearrange a place where operational changes, attendance issues or safeguarding concerns require it.

Cancellations and Refunds

Refunds and changes are managed by Lokka in line with the booking status, programme timing and whether support has already begun.

Requests should be sent to hello@lokka.uk with the participant name and booking email.
If a participant has already started receiving workshop, CV or Job Sprint Plus support, Lokka may treat the service as started.
Where Lokka cancels or cannot deliver a booked workshop, Lokka will offer a rearranged place or appropriate remedy.

Participant Standards

Lokka expects participants to take part respectfully and honestly.

Applicants must provide accurate information when submitting CVs, experience, availability and job preferences.
Lokka may refuse, pause or remove participation where behaviour creates risk, disrupts delivery or breaches safeguarding expectations.
Job Sprint Plus prepares applications using the applicant's own profile facts and consented information.

Guaranteed Interview Opportunities

Lokka may introduce participants to opportunities, employers or interview routes where appropriate. Availability depends on employer demand, candidate suitability, eligibility, location and timing. Lokka can support preparation and access to opportunities, but cannot guarantee a job offer or employer decision.
